If you would like to utilize this service, please read the Privacy Policy and continue filling out the Informed consent,Psychosocial assessment and Payment contract, and press submit on each form. You'll need to set up your own SKYPE account at www.skype.com. It's free and easy to do. If you have a webcam and microphone, we can video conference. Instant messenger is also available if you do not have a microphone. The fee for this service is $ 75.00 /50 minutes and must be paid via PayPal prior to the session. You can make your payment and have a session all in the comfort and convenience of your home.
